The Saxenburg Guinea Fowl Red 2022 has a vibrant ruby to garnet colour, and the nose shows initial dark fruit aromas like blackcurrant, cassis and black cherry, supported by whiffs of vanilla, cinnamon and dark chocolate. The palate is beautifully weighted and juicy, with a dense but finely grained tannin structure. A red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec.
