Joubert-Tradauw is a family-owned private cellar in the Tradouw Valley in the Klein Karoo/Little Karoo region on the famous R62 route. The farm is located just outside the picturesque village of Barrydale. The Joubert Tradauw R62 2016, named after the Route 62 highway that stretches from Cape Town to Jeffrey’s Bay, is a red wine blend of the finest handpicked grapes chosen from various vineyard blocks. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc that make up this classic blend were matured separately using only the best barrels. A complex note gives away to underlying tones of raspberries, blackberries and red fruit, followed by a lingering herbal finish. Enjoy this wine as aperitif with friends and family. Decant before drinking.
