The area benefits from ocean-influenced breezes, rolling hills and cooler evening temperatures, helping grapes ripen gradually while retaining freshness and aromatic definition. These conditions are particularly valuable for Cabernet Sauvignon, allowing structure and fruit depth without excessive heaviness.

Nose:
Dark red berries, ripe plum and black cherry lead the aromatics, followed by tobacco leaf, cedar and a subtle smoky note.
Palate:
Medium-bodied with smooth tannins and generous fruit at the core. Flavours of cherry, mulberry and dark berries are supported by fresh acidity and a gentle savoury undertone. The texture is supple and easygoing, with enough structure to develop further in bottle.
Finish:
Clean and persistent, finishing with red fruit, light oak spice and tobacco nuance.
