The La Cave Shiraz / Syrah 2019 displays blackcurrant, raspberry, oregano and tomato cocktail aromas, with a touch of smoked meats in the background. A beautiful ripe, finely grained tannin structure, with a creamy mid-palate and juicy flavours of mulberries and choc-dip cherries. A savoury edge on the lengthy finish rounds off this delicious red wine.
