This unwooded Chardonnay is crafted from multiple Chardonnay clones, with grapes harvested at different ripeness levels for added complexity. Cool fermentation and lees contact help preserve freshness while building texture through the mid-palate. Colour: Pale straw with a bright youthful hue. Nose: Lime, pineapple, pear, peach and apricot lead the aromatics, giving a fresh and inviting fruit profile. Palate: Light- to medium-bodied with lively citrus freshness and flavours of pineapple, apricot and ripe pear. The palate is clean and fruit-driven, with gentle lees texture adding softness and balance. Finish: Fresh and lingering, finishing with citrus zest and soft stone-fruit notes.
