Tanagra Distillery is a small, family-run producer located outside the village of McGregor in the Breede River Valley. Founded by Robert and Anette Rosenbach, the estate combines a boutique vineyard with a traditional European-style distillery, producing small batches of handcrafted spirits and liqueurs.
Drawing on classic distillation techniques, Tanagra focuses on fruit-driven spirits made from locally grown ingredients. The Tanagra Orange Liqueur is crafted using distilled grape spirit infused with natural orange peel, allowing the vibrant citrus character to develop while maintaining balance and freshness.
