These vineyards experience significantly lower temperatures than inland sites, helping preserve natural acidity and aromatic detail in the grapes.
The Lady Ann Darling White 2021 is part of the cellar’s more refined range, drawing on dryland bush vines planted in laterite soils. The blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon reflects a classic Bordeaux approach, with fermentation in French oak barrels and extended lees ageing adding texture and complexity.
The result is a wine that balances coastal freshness with subtle richness - a style that feels both structured and expressive, rooted in place but shaped with intent.

Green fig and ripe pear lead, followed by hints of pineapple, citrus and a gentle note of oak spice and flint.
