The Syrah 2022 reflects this environment clearly. Fruit is handled with care in the cellar - including fermentation in open-top vessels and extended maturation in French oak - but the approach remains measured rather than heavy-handed. The intention is to highlight the region’s hallmark style: freshness, peppery lift, and layered fruit, rather than overt richness.
