A delicate pale salmon pink with subtle coral highlights and a bright, clear appearance in the glass.
Nose:
Fresh strawberries, watermelon and red cherries lead the aromatics, followed by hints of rose petal, citrus peel and a faint herbal lift.
Palate:
Dry and finely textured, the palate shows crisp acidity alongside restrained red berry fruit. Flavours of raspberry, wild strawberry and pink grapefruit are supported by a clean mineral edge that keeps the wine focused and refreshing without becoming sharp.
