The SLH (Single Vineyard / Limited Harvest) range focuses on expressive, fruit-driven wines that highlight varietal character. In the cellar, a clean, controlled approach is used to preserve the natural aromatics of Gewürztraminer, typically through cool fermentation in stainless steel. The aim is to produce a wine that is fragrant, approachable, and true to style, with a gentle balance between sweetness and acidity.

Highly aromatic, with pronounced notes of lychee, rose petal, and Turkish delight. Hints of spice, ginger, and ripe stone fruit add depth.
Palate:
Off dry with a soft, rounded texture. Flavours of litchi, peach, and citrus are supported by a gentle sweetness, balanced by enough acidity to keep the wine from feeling heavy. The mouthfeel is smooth and slightly viscous, typical of the varietal.
