The Williams Christ Kristall Pear Spirit is made from hand-selected Williams Christ (Bon Chrétien) pears - renowned for their intensely aromatic and sweet character - grown in cool-climate orchards near the Elgin Valley. Fermented pear juice is distilled in traditional copper stills to produce a clear, elegant spirit that showcases pure fruit expression without added colour or flavour. This style, aligned with classic European fruit eaux-de-vie, emphasises clarity, aromatic intensity and a lively personality.
