While the estate is best known for Cabernet Sauvignon, its white wines - particularly Riesling - reflect the same philosophy: clarity, balance and longevity.
Fruit for Thelema Riesling is sourced from established vineyards, with careful attention to picking decisions that preserve natural acidity while allowing flavour development. The winemaking is deliberately gentle, favouring cool fermentation and minimal handling to retain aromatics and precision. The result is a Riesling that leans toward a European-inspired style, balancing subtle sweetness with freshness and mineral structure.

Lemon zest, lime and citrus blossom lead, followed by hints of green apple and a subtle stony minerality.
