This is classic Stellenbosch terrain - decomposed granite soils, good drainage, and significant diurnal shifts - allowing grapes to ripen fully while retaining natural freshness.
Thelema’s approach leans toward clarity and balance rather than overt winemaking influence. Fruit is handled with care, often fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatics, with minimal intervention guiding the final blend. The result is a house style that bridges Old World structure with New World purity - expressive but never overworked.
