For the Vivre Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc 2019, whole-bunch pressing and cool stainless-steel fermentation preserve purity of fruit, while extended lees ageing adds texture, complexity and length. The result is a refined South African sparkling wine with both elegance and depth.

Nose: Aromas of freshly baked brioche and marzipan rise first, leading into citrus zest and creamy autolytic notes that speak to time spent on lees.
