Tanzanite is an independent South African sparkling wine producer founded by Melanie van der Merwe, a seasoned cellar master with experience in both local and international sparkling wine houses. The Blanc de Blanc NV is made in the traditional Méthode Cap Classique style from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes grown in Robertson. Extended time on the lees - typically around three years - gives texture and nuance while preserving purity and fresh fruit character, reflecting both terroir and thoughtful winemaking.

Pale straw with a fine bead and lasting mousse - vibrant and inviting.
Nose:
Clean and poised, with citrus zest, lemon blossom and white peach, complemented by subtle brioche and flinty notes from extended lees contact.
Palate:
Medium-bodied and dry, the palate shows crisp green apple and citrus fruit balanced by fine acidity. The lees influence adds creamy texture and gentle biscuit complexity without heaviness.
Finish:
Fresh and lingering, with a hint of saline minerality and citrus peel that lifts the finish and invites another sip.
