The Prestige Rosé NV is produced using a traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with a portion of still red Pinot Noir wine added to achieve both colour and aromatic depth. Extended lees ageing in the Taittinger cellars helps build texture and complexity while maintaining the lively freshness that defines the house style. Presented in a gift box, this release combines celebratory appeal with a more refined, food-friendly Champagne profile.

Brilliant salmon pink with a fine, persistent mousse.
Nose:
Fresh raspberry, wild strawberry and red cherry aromas lead the nose, followed by notes of rose petal, brioche and subtle citrus zest. Gentle pastry and mineral notes emerge with time in the glass.
Palate:
Elegant and vibrant, with flavours of fresh red berries, blood orange and peach layered over fine bubbles and crisp acidity. The Chardonnay component adds lift and precision, while Pinot Noir contributes structure and depth. The mousse is creamy and refined, giving texture without heaviness.
