Taittinger Demi Sec NV
Champagne
Description
Champagne Taittinger was established in 1931 by Pierre Taittinger on the foundations of Forest-Forneaux itself established in 1734 and the third-oldest wine producing house of Champagne. The Taittinger Demi Sec displays a pale golden yellow colour with fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet reveals delicate hints of honey and ripe fruits, accompanied by citrus and meringue notes. On the palate, it delivers a lively, soft citrus mandarin flavour backed by peaches in syrup and dried figs. The finish is supple, sweet, and velvety smooth.
