Survivor Terroir Sauvignon Blanc 2025
Sauvignon Blanc
Description
Survivor Wines are crafted under the guidance of celebrated winemaker Pierre Wahl, who became the brand’s head winemaker in 2022. Originally launched by Overhex Wines, Survivor was acquired in 2024 by leading South African producer Van Loveren. Today, Wahl oversees the winemaking for both Survivor Wines and Van Loveren’s premium Cellar Master Series. The Survivor Terroir Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a refined white wine blend, predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with a delicate touch of Semillon, showcasing signature cool-climate elegance, vibrancy and freshness. In the glass, it shines with a pale straw colour and a subtle green tint. The nose is beautifully aromatic, releasing a burst of white asparagus and gooseberry, seamlessly layered with lime, lemongrass and a hint of freshly crushed herbs. On the palate, crisp, lively acidity drives the wine, amplifying its citrus and tropical fruit flavours while balancing the gentle, refined texture.
