Winemaker Pierre Wahl continues to guide the style, focusing on clarity of fruit and regional expression. The winemaking approach is typically reductive and stainless steel-driven, preserving aromatics and ensuring a crisp, clean profile that reflects the cool-climate origin.

Nose:
Gooseberry and ruby grapefruit lead, followed by passion fruit and white pear. Subtle herbal notes and a hint of white blossom add lift and complexity.
