The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vineyards across coastal and inland sites in the Western Cape, where warm days and cooling breezes help Cabernet grapes achieve rich fruit concentration balanced by freshness. Maturation typically includes around 10 months in oak to round the tannins and add subtle spice and texture.
