The Black Series Brut 2018 is produced in the traditional method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, following extended lees maturation to build texture and complexity. The cooler growing conditions at altitude allow the grapes to retain vibrant acidity, which is essential for premium sparkling wine production. Careful cellar work and time on the lees contribute layers of brioche, citrus and mineral detail while maintaining a focused, elegant style.

Bright pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse.
Nose:
Fresh aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white peach are layered with notes of brioche, toasted almonds and subtle biscuit complexity from lees ageing.
Palate:
Elegant and finely textured, with crisp acidity supporting flavours of citrus, pear and stone fruit. Extended lees contact adds creaminess and depth, while the fine mousse keeps the palate lively and precise. The balance between freshness and richness gives the wine both energy and sophistication.
Finish:
Long, clean and refreshing, with lingering citrus, brioche and mineral notes on the finish.
