Peter Falke Wines is a boutique Stellenbosch estate situated on the lower slopes of the Helderberg, where cooling ocean breezes from False Bay help preserve freshness and aromatic lift in the vineyards. Founded by German entrepreneur Peter Falke, the estate combines a contemporary winemaking philosophy with a strong focus on hospitality, craftsmanship and elegant, site-driven wines.
The Blanc de Noir style reflects a lighter, more Mediterranean-inspired approach to red varieties, using brief skin contact to achieve delicate colour and bright fruit expression without excessive tannin extraction. Pinotage contributes juicy berry fruit and texture, while Shiraz adds subtle spice and freshness.
Careful temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel preserves the wine’s vibrant aromatics and crisp finish, resulting in a wine designed for relaxed drinking and warm-weather occasions.
