Nuiba Wines is the personal project of winemaker Suzanne Coetzee, whose label draws inspiration from her family farm in Namibia. While the name reflects heritage and place, the wines are crafted in the Cape with a focus on honest fruit expression and thoughtful balance.
For the Fourth Post Rosé, fruit is sourced from Stellenbosch, one of South Africa’s most respected wine regions. Warm days encourage ripe flavour development, while cooler maritime influences help retain freshness and natural acidity. Nuiba’s winemaking philosophy centres on minimal intervention, allowing vineyard character to lead. Earlier vintages of Fourth Post have included barrel fermentation or maturation in older oak, adding subtle texture and complexity without dominating the fruit.

Bright coral pink with a clear, polished sheen.
Nose:
Watermelon, pink grapefruit and ripe strawberry rise first, followed by hints of citrus peel and delicate floral lift.
Palate:
Dry and medium-bodied with juicy summer fruit at the core. The Sémillon component lends roundness and texture, while Malbec contributes vibrant berry character and colour. Fresh acidity keeps the wine energetic and food friendly.
Finish:
Clean and refreshing, with lingering grapefruit zest and soft red fruit notes.
