The vision is to make distinctive refined wines that are expressive of their terrain and rank amongst South Africa’s finest. The Neil Ellis Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet franc and Malbec. The nose shows restraint, with aromas of black berry, liquorice and cedar notes. The palate is tight and fresh followed by fine, dense tannins. This is a wine built to last and for early drinking, it would benefit with decanting.
