“The Legend” 21-Year-Old represents the upper tier of the Lismore range, matured for over two decades in sherry hogshead casks. This extended ageing, combined with sherry influence, brings depth and softness without overwhelming the spirit’s natural character. While the exact distillery source remains undisclosed, the style leans unmistakably Speyside - refined, layered, and quietly expressive rather than bold or smoky.

Deep amber with warm copper tones, showing its extended time in oak.
Nose:
Rich and inviting, with notes of brown sugar, vanilla and caramel layered over dried fruit. Subtle oak spice and a faint floral lift add complexity.
Palate:
Smooth and rounded, offering flavours of custard, cinnamon and sherried fruit. Hints of orange peel and sultanas bring brightness, while the texture remains soft and integrated from long maturation.
Finish:
