Champagne Lanson is one of the oldest Champagne houses, founded in 1760, with a long-standing reputation for producing wines that emphasise freshness and clarity. Based in Reims, the house draws fruit from a wide range of crus across the Champagne region, allowing for consistency and balance in its non-vintage blends.
Lanson’s style is defined by its minimal use of malolactic fermentation, which helps preserve natural acidity and gives the wines their characteristic tension and brightness. Ageing on lees adds complexity and texture, while the blend is carefully constructed to maintain a house signature that is crisp, precise, and food-friendly rather than overly rich.
