The La Cave Cape Blend 2021 offers fragrant aromas of plums, black cherries and black fruit pastilles, and an underlying hint of vanilla paste. The soft, velvety tannin structure and delicate nature of this red wine is indicative of the elegance of the 2021 vintage. The balanced acidity adds freshness, while the palate is filled with flavours of red currants, cinnamon and mulberries. The integrated new oak characters are in perfect unison with the fruit spectrum.
