The Klein Sneeuberg range is produced by Snow Mountain Wines in the Western Cape, with vineyards planted in elevated sites near the Sneeuwkop mountain. Slate-rich soils and significant day-night temperature shifts contribute to the wine’s bright fruit profile and lifted finish.
