This elevated, maritime-influenced site benefits from cooling ocean breezes that slow ripening and help preserve natural acidity, a key factor in producing vibrant, expressive white wines. The estate focuses on a balance between modern precision and classic structure, with careful vineyard selection and minimal intervention in the cellar. Colour:
Pale straw with a subtle green tint, bright and youthful in the glass.
Nose:
Fresh aromas of gooseberry, citrus zest and green apple lead, followed by softer notes of stone fruit and a gentle herbal lift. A hint of flinty minerality adds complexity.
Palate:
Light to medium-bodied with a crisp, lively acidity. Citrus and tropical fruit flavours carry through, supported by a slightly rounded texture from the Semillon component. Clean and focused, with good fruit purity and a subtle savoury edge.
