Founded by Roger Jorgensen - widely regarded as one of the pioneers of South Africa’s modern craft spirits movement - the distillery combines traditional copper pot distillation with locally inspired botanicals and contemporary flavour profiles.
The Wild Rose Blue Pea Gin is infused with blue pea flower, a botanical known for its vivid natural indigo hue and its dramatic colour transformation when mixed with tonic or citrus. While visually striking, the gin remains grounded in classic structure, balancing juniper and citrus freshness with floral botanicals and gentle spice. Distilled in small batches, the style focuses on purity, texture and drinkability rather than novelty alone.
