Situated between Stellenbosch and False Bay, the vineyards benefit from cooling maritime breezes and varied soils, allowing grapes to ripen slowly while retaining freshness and natural acidity.
Founded by Gary and Kathy Jordan in the 1990s, the estate has earned a reputation for producing polished, food-friendly wines that combine modern precision with a clear sense of place.
