Hope Distillery’s Mediterranean Gin is crafted in Cape Town with a creative, contemporary flavour profile that draws inspiration from sun-drenched Mediterranean herbs and olives. This gin is distilled from Western Cape grape spirit and infused with a carefully chosen suite of twelve botanicals, including Manzanilla olives, fresh rosemary, thyme, basil and cardamom, giving it a distinctive savoury and herbaceous character rather than a purely citrus or floral style. It showcases balanced complexity and a compelling sense of place in every sip, standing apart from more traditional gins while still performing beautifully in classic serves.
