Flagstone Wines, based in a striking converted dynamite factory in Stellenbosch’s Helderberg, has built its reputation on sourcing fruit from across the Western Cape and crafting wines that reflect both place and personality. The philosophy is rooted in exploration - working with different vineyard sites and varieties to create blends that are expressive, balanced, and approachable.
The Noon Gun range takes its name from Cape Town’s historic Signal Hill cannon, a daily timekeeping tradition that still echoes across the city. In the same spirit, the Flagstone Noon Gun White Blend 2024 is designed as a reliable, everyday wine - combining Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier to capture freshness, aromatics, and texture in a single, versatile style.
Fermented in stainless steel, the wine is kept unwooded to preserve purity and vibrancy, allowing each varietal component to contribute clearly: Chenin for body, Sauvignon Blanc for lift, and Viognier for aromatic richness.

Bright straw with a clear, youthful appearance.
Nose:
Guava and apple lead, followed by orange zest and a soft floral note. The aromatics are lively but not overpowering.
Palate:
