The Muscat Blanc 2024 showcases this tradition, using hand-harvested Muscat Blanco grapes from low-yielding vines that deliver intense aromatics and fruit concentration. Grapes are gently destemmed, macerated for flavour extraction and the juice is then fortified to arrest fermentation, preserving both sweetness and fresh acidity. The Calitzdorp terroir - warm days, cool evenings and well-drained soils - gives the wine its ripe stone fruit and floral richness balanced by vibrant fruit purity.
