Deep ruby red with youthful purple flashes at the rim.
Nose:
Blackberry, plum and dark cherry lead on the nose, followed by notes of cracked black pepper, dried herbs and a subtle smoky edge.
Palate:
The palate is medium- to full-bodied with juicy black fruit at the core. Fine-grained tannins give structure without heaviness, while hints of spice, liquorice and savoury herbs add complexity. There’s enough freshness to keep the wine lively and food-friendly.
Finish:
Smooth and gently spicy on the finish, with lingering dark fruit and pepper notes.
