Colour:

Deep ruby red with youthful crimson highlights.

Nose:

Aromatic notes of blackcurrant, ripe plum and dark cherry dominate the bouquet, supported by hints of cedar, dried herbs, graphite and subtle spice. These classic Cabernet Sauvignon aromas are lifted by the freshness typical of Darling-grown fruit.

Palate:

Medium- to full-bodied with generous dark berry fruit at its core. Flavours of cassis, blackcurrant and plum are framed by fine tannins and bright acidity. The wine shows good concentration without feeling heavy, balancing fruit richness with savoury Cabernet character.

Finish:

Persistent and dry, with lingering black fruit, gentle spice and a touch of cedar that carries through the finish.
