Colour:
Deep ruby with a youthful purple edge and bright clarity.
Nose:
Ripe blackberry, dark plum and blueberry aromas lead the way, followed by cracked black pepper, vanilla, clove and a touch of mocha.
Palate:
Medium- to full-bodied and smooth, with layers of black fruit, cocoa and sweet spice. The tannins are supple and rounded, giving structure without dryness, while the fruit remains generous and open.
Finish:
Long, juicy and warming, finishing with dark berries, pepper and a gentle chocolate note.
