Blaauwklippen Vineyards is among the oldest wine estates in South Africa, rooted in Stellenbosch since 1682 and combining heritage with contemporary winemaking. The Blaauwklippen Rosé 2023 is made from hand-picked Zinfandel and Malbec grapes that reflect the estate’s gravel-rich soils and coastal breezes. Gentle whole-bunch pressing and a cool stainless-steel fermentation preserve delicate aromatics, while a short period of lees contact adds texture and mouthfeel. The result is a structured yet refreshing rosé that captures both varietal purity and regional nuance across the palate.

Nose: Fresh aromas of strawberries and Turkish delight lead, intertwined with citrus peel and subtle white floral notes that provide complexity and lift.
