Owned and managed by the Johnson Family, the estate has a strong commitment to historic and cultural preservation as well as conservation of the surrounding indigenous environment. The Zevenwacht Chardonnay 2023 displays classic aromas of citrus, pear, and brioche with hints of almonds and subtle oak spice. The palate is both concentrated and vibrant showing lime citrus and stone fruit with a creamy mid palate and a mineral finish. Delicious with rich seafood dishes and creamy pastas.
