Waverley Hills is best known for producing organic wines with a unique style; extremely smooth with soft ripe tannins and robust fynbos (garrigue) characteristics. The estate is situated between Tulbagh and Ceres at the foothills of the breath-taking Witzenberg Mountain Range. The Waverley Hills Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2021 offers classical fresh and floral Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon complexity with tropical fruit, cut grass and ripe fig flavours complemented with strong herbaceous aromas. A fresh, easy drinking white wine, with floral and vegetative undertones, that is well balanced on the palate with a lingering after taste of fynbos/garrique.
