Quoin Rock, a historic Stellenbosch wine estate under the custodianship of the Gaiduk family lies within the Knorhoek Valley. The estate produces two ranges namely, Quoin Rock and Namysto from vineyards in Stellenbosch which are more suited to the red varieties (Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon), and Elim vineyards which focus on Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The Namysto Sweet 2015 is mid amber in colour with golden glints. This sweet white wine has an enticing bouquet of glacé pineapple, dried apples, quince & honey. Palate in harmony, the gorgeous sweetness refreshed by mouth-watering acidity, winds up to almost-dry, ultra-long finish.
