Thelema is a family owned and managed wine estate in the spectacular Simonsberg Mountain range in Stellenbosch. The Thelema Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is a complex and stylish red wine, with aromas of blackcurrant leaf and coffee bean which progress into a palate that’s structured and racy with hints of leather, dark chocolate and sweet blackberry. The firm tannins yield a gripping mouthfeel from the first sip through to the long lingering finish.
