With the 3rd generation Malan family at the helm of this abundant Stellenbosch farm in the Western Cape, Simonsig is a proud wine producer underpinned by true Cape hospitality and driven by strong family values. The Simonsig Limited Release Grenache Blanc 2016 is a pale straw colour; not overtly fruity (typical for Rhône varieties), but some stone fruit with thatch and warm hay. A ripe and full-bodied white wine with some peach and dry scrub flavours with soft-ish acidity and firm oaking.
