The Ridgeback Cabernet Franc 2019 showcases flavours of rich black cherries, black currant, and blackberries with hints of green peppercorn, nutmeg, and liquorice. This full-bodied red wine has a lovely long finish that ends in earthy notes of cedar and leather. The complexity of this Cabernet Franc is ideally paired with game birds such as duck or quail and would do equally well served with veal.
