PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Holden Manz is a family-owned wine producer located in the heart of the beautiful Franschhoek Valley. Established by owners Gerard Holden and Migo Manz in 2010 the estate grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah and sources a selection of white varietals from specialist growers. The Holden Manz Wild Ferment Chenin Blanc 2022 is an elegant, perfumed example of Chenin Blanc with symphonic notes of jasmine, citrus, tropical notes, gooseberries, white flowers, candied naartjie peel and a whiff of white peach. Hints of fresh brioche and a tiny expression of oak. A medium bodied white wine with refreshing acidity. On the palate pear, quince, lemon with lingering flavours of summer melon and persimmon.
