When creating this gin, the distilling team uses pressed Shiraz grapes from Franschhoek that have been steeped for 100 hours. This lengthy process helps to naturally infuse the grape’s deep, rich colour and flavour into the liquid. A carefully crafted blend of juniper and spices work to complement the rich berry notes of the Shiraz grapes—creating a smooth and sophisticated flavour.
