PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Dornier Wine Estate is situated at the foot of Stellenbosch Mountain in the famous wine sub-region, the Golden Triangle. The 2018 vintage of Donatus Red is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Merlot. Matured for 18 months in French Oak, the wine shows aromas and flavours of red and black berries, herbs, and earth. The pallet is full bodied with dense fruit and sleek tannins. Donatus Red pairs excellently with lamb, venison, or rare beef fillet. It also works well with earthy, rich vegetarian dishes and stews prepared with red wine and tomatoes.
