An exceptional range of wines that not only honour the endangered mammals under the foundations protection but also contributes R10 from each sale to their conservation efforts. The Conservation Collection Chenin Blanc 2023 is a lovely pale straw colour. Nose decidedly tropical with quince, golden delicious apples, litchi, mango, and summer melon flavours. Good weight and balance on the palate, layered with minerality on the finish.FOOD PAIRING:
