Lothian Vineyards is a luxury wine estate and retreat located in the Elgin Valley, less than an hour from Cape Town. Known for its Burgundian-style wines and opulent accommodation, the estate is situated on the banks of the Palmiet River with its own private lake. The 2022 Lothian Isobel Rosé is a Mourvèdre Rosé. This dry pink wine features a pale pink colour and is described as having notes of white pepper, kumquat, smoke, and cut grass on the nose, with flavours of strawberry, watermelon, and red currant on the palate, finishing with a lively acidity and a persistent, mineral-driven finish.
