The Glendalough Burgundy Single Cask Whiskey is noted for its complex profile of fruity, spicy, and earthy notes, a result of its initial bourbon and final Grand Cru Burgundy cask maturation. On the nose, it has hints of vanilla, dark cherries, and leafy undertones, while the palate features flavours of ripe red berries, citrus, toasted oak, and subtle spice like cinnamon. The finish is long and complex, with lingering notes of fruit, tannins, and earthy spice.
